We are a large subdivision located in the city of Kyle, Texas - located about 20 miles south of Austin (home of the University of Texas) and 10 miles north of San Marcos (home of Texas State University). Kyle is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas and currently on pace to become the largest city in Hays County. Hometown Kyle is a very friendly and unique neighborhood. We have dog-friendly nature trails that meander through the neighborhood and connect it to various "green" areas. Our close proximity to Gregg-Clarke Park makes many of our yards the ideal place to watch Kyle's annual and very impressive 4th of the July fireworks display.
