Maintenance Committee Duties

The Hometown Kyle Maintenance Committee is tasked with notifying Real Manage about maintenance issues in the common areas of Hometown Kyle and also picks the Yard of the Month. If you notice a maintenance issue or you would like to nominate a yard for Yard of the Month, please fill out the Maintenance Form below.

Yard of the Month

The Hometown Kyle Yard of the Month represents the most aesthetically pleasing yard as recommended by Hometown Kyle residents and voted on by the Maintenance Committee members. This year we added a special category - Most Improved Yard of the Year. A new renter took over a rental house with a yard that was in complete disrepair. He brought the lawn back and turned it into one of the greenest lawns in Hometown Kyle. The Maintenance Committee felt he deserved some kind of recognition for his hard work.

If you would like to nominate a neighbor for Yard of the Month or would like more information about joining the Maintenance Committee, please contact Robert and/or Joel.
